燃料制品挤出成型过程中，所需的内外润滑剂目的是为改善其工艺性能、不出现或少出现熔料黏附在金属表面的现象、保证制品的外观质量，而在配方中加入的助剂；熔料成型过程中，起到润滑作用，使制品容易脱模或离辊的助剂，称为润滑剂。

加入树脂中与树脂相容性好，能改善熔料的流动性，减少熔料间摩擦的润滑剂，称为内润滑剂。这种润滑剂有硬脂酸和硬脂酸甘油酯等。

The addition of resin to the resin is compatible, and it can improve the fluidity of the melt and reduce the friction between the melted materials. It is called the internal lubricant. This lubricant has stearic acid and glycerin stearate.

外润滑剂加入树脂中是为了降低塑化熔料温度、减少熔料与设备表面的摩擦力、阻止熔料粘在设备金属表面上，如树脂中加入石蜡或硅油等，即可起到外润滑作用。

The external lubricant added to the resin is to reduce the melting temperature of the plasticizing material, reduce the friction of the melt and the surface of the equipment, and prevent the melt from sticking to the surface of the equipment, such as the addition of paraffin or silicon oil in the resin.

①在同样性能的润滑剂中，选择价格低和料源丰富的助剂。

②配方中选用润滑剂应该与树脂和其他助剂有较好的相容性。

2. Lubricants in the formula should be well compatible with resins and other auxiliaries.

③润滑剂能均匀地分散在树脂中，不影响塑料制品的性能。

3. Lubricants can be dispersed evenly in the resin without affecting the performance of plastic products.

④对塑料成型制品的质量无影响，而且有利于改善制品的外观质量和降低制品表面粗糙度；在成型温度中不分解、不变质，且不受温度变化影响。

There is no effect on the quality of plastic molding products, and it is beneficial to improve the appearance quality of the products and reduce the surface roughness of the products; it is not decomposed and deteriorated in the molding temperature, and is not affected by the temperature change.
